On Sunday, November 3rd, daylight saving time will end at 2 a.m. Our clocks will "fall" back and we gain an extra hour of sleep. On the surface, having an extra hour of sleep sounds fabulous. I don't know many people who wouldn't like an additional hour of shuteye to help them feel refreshed in the morning. While this sounds like a no-brainer, awesome idea, the extra sleep we notice might not last as long as we think.
