REJECT VOTE NO. The politicians love YOUR money. Whether it is FORCED taxation or VOLUNTARY taxes as in gambling, it's a great SLUSH fund and ripe for hiding behind. Of course, it's for EDUCATION (never mind it's indoctrination in who to VOTE for, not skills needed to make a living). If gambling income, more than half of the WINNINGS, go to education, then other money to education is lowered by that much or not increased. Then the politicians want MORE money to waste.
