    Marshall County District 3 Supervisor and Son Charged with Grand Larceny

    A district supervisor for Marshall County, along with his son and a third person, have been charged with two counts each of grand larceny, according to WTVA.

    A Grand Jury indicted the three individuals, identified as Keith Taylor, Peyton Taylor, and Jacob Wilson, for the alleged crime of stealing water and wheat.

    The trio allegedly harvested wheat that they did not plant, in a field that is owned by Yates Construction.

    According to the indictment, the amount stolen is estimated to be worth between $5,000 and $25,000.

    In addition to the wheat theft, the three also allegedly stole between $1,000 and $5,000 worth of water.
