If we see repair/service people around AT&T, cable and electric poles, these companies should supply a public Verification Ph# or website we can use to inquire if service is scheduled to be done at that specific location. If not, police is automatically dispatched to that location. Safely, record video or photo of the suspicious characters & their vehicle as you pass by . These characters can sometimes be legit -looking in a truck, vests, hard hats etc. Another way would be for phone, cable & electric companies to send a service location schedule to police dept. so that when a concerned citizen reports the location of possible suspicious activity, police would have immediate access to see if a company has scheduled service at that specific location or in the area of the location spotted by the citizen🤔
