First, let's take a little look at how we got here, shall we? So, during the Kansas City Chiefs' game against the New Orleans Saints at the top of this week, Monday Night Football announcer Troy Aikman referred to Taylor as "the missus" in regards to her relationship with Travis. Hmm!

Troy didn't make things easier for himself (or Taylor, or Travis) when he went on the Pardon My Take podcast yesterday and claimed that he'd heard the über-famous couple are actually engaged, for real.

“Someone actually reached out to me today and said they might actually be engaged,” he said. So what's the truth?

Well, here it is: People has confirmed that Taylor and Travis are, in fact, not engaged. Maybe they're engaged in conversation! But certainly not engaged to be married, at least not at this point.
