Three minutes in any meeting gets nothing done.People put it on the ballot and who's against it put them out tooWhat are the covering up with this not letting people to speak or what are they trying to hideIf it's time they are worried about holding there meetings. on a Saturday afternoon. The people have a right to express themselves on matter of their community.
