Las Vegas Raiders' biggest non-QB issue just doesn't seem to be getting better when they need it most

The Las Vegas Raiders have had a handful of issues this season that have all led to this team being 2-3 on the year, with losses to some bad teams like the Carolina Panthers, Los Angeles Chargers, and Denver Broncos. Their offense has been terrible, they've had quarterback issues among other things, and nothing has looked good, really.

Minshew has not helped. He has had good moments, but overall, nothing to write home about. There is a reason the Raiders are making a quarterback change to Aidan O'Connell -- Minshew is simply not getting the job done.

While the quarterback issue may be the biggest one, that or offensive coordinator Luke Getsy having play calling and schematic issues, there is a pretty big issue at hand that doesn't seem to be getting better any time soon.

The Raiders have a big-time injury issue. It got to its peak last week, where they had 18 total players on the injury report, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. And, the loss of Christian Wilkins doesn't seem to be helping either.

According to the Raiders' Wednesday injury report for Week 6 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Raiders have 16 players on the injury report, and seven of them did not participate. Maxx Crosby and Davante Adams were among those who did not practice, and of course, we know that Adams will not play on Sunday.

The Raiders are hoping they can get any type of advantage this week.
