Lose Money with Cashapp? You may be Entitled to up to $2500 Restitution

Did you lose money due to the negligence of CashApp? You be be entitled to up to $2500 in restitution. It all stems from a Class Action lawsuit filed against both Block Inc and Cash App Investing.

The Class Action Lawsuit alleges that both Block Inc. and Cash App investing were negligent, made false representations and breached other obligations to their users in connection with multiple data security incidents. Specifically, Cash App had a data security incident in October of 2023 and Block Inc. had a data security incident in April of 2022. Due to these data security incidents, users may have experienced unauthorized withdrawals or transfers from their accounts. ITs important to note both Block Inc. and Cash App Investing deny any and all allegations in conjunction with this class action. If you did have money fraudulently transferred from your account, you may be entitled to actual damages up to $2500 as well as compensation for your time spent on the issue. Class action members may be entitled to be reimbursed for up to three hours of their time at the rate of $25 per hour. To be eligible, you must have experienced a loss of funds in your affected account between August 23, 2018 and the notice date for the settlement (pending.) Only unreimbursed losses are eligible for a claim.
