The Minnesota Vikings are sitting pretty at 5-0 with the bye week in front of them in week six. Many will take the week to go on vacation with their family while some will spend it in the trainers room healing up.

Some players go back to their college or high school alma mater and watch a game. It's a low-stress, high-fun way to spend the weekend, and quarterback Sam Darnold will be partaking in it.

Sam Darnold set to lead Trojans onto the field

Darnold is going to have a fun Saturday during the bye week. He is set to lead his alma mater the USC Trojans out of the tunnel on Saturday against Penn State.

Darnold was a two year starter for the Trojans, including leading a 52-49 Rose Bowl victory against Penn State, who the Trojans are playing on Saturday. It will be a special weekend for Darnold getting to enjoy watching his alma mater play in the Big Ten for just the second time in Los Angeles.

If you want to see Darnold lead the Trojans onto the field, the game kicks off at 2:30 C.T. on CBS.
