The officer was cleared of any wrong doing by a Grand jury. So how the fuck did this frivolous lawsuit even start,let alone an $850k award. The city is just bowing down(The Liberal way) to another criminal,and his family. Oh well,after they piss the money away, he'll still be dead and. gone. Take it to a jury trial and you'll see a totally different outcome.
