Scott D’Amore’s Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling Seemingly Takes Shot At TNA With New Trademark Application

In what sounds like a joke but isn’t, ahead of Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling’s debut shows later this month, it has been noted that Scott D’Amore’s new promotion has filed to trademark “ TN Eh? ” Precisely what the company intends to do with this isn’t clear, although as it was filed for merchandising and entertainment purposes, indicating the company will be looking to make money by being an alternative to TNA.

For those unaware, earlier this year, TNA stunned fans when its parent company, Anthem Sports & Entertainment, fired D’Amore from his position as President. Subsequently, it was assumed that it would only be a matter of time before he joined WWE or AEW in a creative position. However, due to a non-compete clause, that wasn’t possible, and D’Amore has since launched the aforementioned Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling.
