A new album is coming from Kane Brown! The father of three announced on social media that his new album will be out in early 2025.

“My new album, The High Road, is out January 24th. Preorder your copy in my bio. New song, ‘Backseat Driver’ out this Friday.”

Brown doesn’t disclose many details about his new album. Brown has already released two songs from the record, both his latest No. 1 hit, “I Can Feel It,” and his current Top 5 single, “Miles On It,” a collaboration with Marshmello.

Brown has dropped a few hints about his forthcoming project, including that he will have a few guests join him on the record.

“It’s interesting because I’m working on my album right now, and every collab that’s on my album is someone I’ve worked with before,” Brown teases (via People). “I’m keeping the circle small.”

The 30-year-old has been open about his love of working with other artists, which is why he invited so many people to join him on his next record.

“I keep getting songs and I’m like, ‘This is it,’ and I have so many,” Brown tells Country Now. “I was trying to go to the country route where everything’s super country, but then we just get these other collabs that are just massive … It’s really going to be hard trying to find out which ones we’re going to put on the album.”

When Brown began working on The High Road, the follow-up to his 2022 Different Man album, he hinted that the record would be very, very country.

“I’m really excited,” Brown tells Pure Country. “We usually have a huge variety. I usually have pop stuff on there, but so far, this album has just been pop country, and then we have some really traditional country songs. George Strait actually had one on hold that didn’t get cut, so I took it.”

Brown isn’t afraid to shy away from serious topics, which is why he says his next set of tunes will also deal with something he is passionate about, which is mental health.

“I will say I have a couple of songs that are a little bit darker, about mental health,” Brown reveals to ET Canada. “And then I have a song called ‘Learning,’ that I went a little bit more in-depth over the stuff that I went through, so I’m really excited about the music that we’re writing right now.”

Brown was recently honored with The Country Champion Award at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards.

“I’m always terrible at this thing. My publicist told me what to say, and I forgot already,” Brown joked when he took the stage. “I just want to say, I always look down on myself. Every day. I always look down on myself. I never think I should be on this stage, so I just want to say, for any kid that’s watching, anybody that has a dream, anybody that wants to give back … there’s a lot of people that need your help, and a lot of people that keep their head up and they don’t help anybody out, even though they can. Dreams, helping people out, and don’t listen to people who say no, or tell you no when you’re trying to do something, that’s all it’s about.”

Brown also thanked his wife, Katelyn, who was in the audience during his speech.

“I want to thank my wife, of course, because I feel like I always forget to do that,” Brown said. “You’re amazing. I love you. She holds our house down. Thanks to all the fans. The fans are what help me be up here. I never get to thank you guys, so God bless you. And I know my babies are home watching, so I just want to say that I love you guys, and I can’t wait to be home to you all in a little bit.”

Brown is one of the headliners, along with Jelly Roll and Keith Urban for this year’s New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. Find all of Brown’s music and upcoming shows at KaneBrownMusic.com.
