Tamra Judge Thinks Karen Huger Is ‘In Total Denial’ Over DUI During RHOP Season 9

Tamra Judge is making Real Housewives DUIs her business, and most recently, she’s calling out The Real Housewives of Potomac star Karen Huger out for her attitude towards her own legal troubles.

The Real Housewives of Orange County viewers know all to well how Tamra feels about post-DUI accountability. The RHOC star had a strained dynamic with her former bestie, Shannon Beador , because of the latter’s drinking habits after her own DUI . Tamra expected a zero alcohol policy, and called Shannon an alcoholic in a very public manner. She later apologized .

Now, with the new season of RHOP on, Tamra has a new target in the form of the Grande Dame herself.

Tamra Judge suggested that a DUI is not “something that happens to you” after watching Karen Huger on the RHOP Season 9 premiere

Tamra brought up the issue during a recent episode of her Two T’s In a Pod podcast, co-hosted by Teddi Mellencamp .

“How do you feel about Karen referring to her DUI as an ‘accident?’ I feel like she’s in total denial at this point [of filming]. And you choose to drink and drive. It’s not something that happens to you,” the RHOC star posed to Teddi.

Teddi answered, “You didn’t trip over a curb.”

“You didn’t twist your ankle,” Tamra agreed. “So that to me was a little upsetting.”

Naturally, Karen can’t speak about the DUI in any legal manner. But her wording seems to be bypassing the potential severity of the situation. Karen also referred to herself as “blessed” for surviving the situation.

Karen has been getting a lot of support from frenemy Gizelle Bryant this season. Teddi and Tamra also pointed out the “chill dynamic” between them during their podcast.

The RHOBH alum is skeptical about it’s authenticity. “I feel like Gizelle and Karen maybe had practiced this prior?” Teddi suggested.

It’s early in the season. Perhaps Karen will offer some different reaction or insight into her DUI as time passes.
