Remember When Police Tackled & Tased A Guy On Stage At A Cody Jinks Concert?

Can't make this one up. We've seen some wild concert moments this year, like when a Jason Aldean fan jumped on stage and was promptly hauled off or the Zach Bryan fan who somehow bypassed security and rushed the stage . While I am very aware that this is the short list of some crazy concert moments that have occurred in 2024, you get where I am going here... The moments when fans get on stage are when it gets wild. And there is no better onstage moment than the one that occurred at a Cody Jinks concert in 2019. Cody Jinks took the stage in Albany, Georgia, putting on one helluva show. The crowd that night was wild as there were accounts of multiple fights breaking out among the crowd, but the wildest one took place on stage for everyone to watch like a WWE match... well, partially because it was. During the powerful "Loud & Heavy performance," a fight broke out on stage involving the perpetrator, Jinks' security and crew, and MULTIPLE police officers. A linebacker of a man got on stage, and as officers approached him, he was not backing down, charging towards the personnel trying to contain the scene. He pushes an officer back behind some equipment boxes, which makes it hard to follow what is happening, but viewers can see a female officer pull out a taser and aim it at the man to take him down. But this large dude must've had Hulk strength because he was only down for a short period of time before moving like he was going to get back up for another round. However, other officers jumped in and kept him on the ground, cuffing the cornfed Hoss and taking him off stage. All while this wild scene is happening Jinks does not miss a single note. Talk about impressive. I would have straight up paused the show and brought out the popcorn to watch what was going on side stage, but given this was not the first fight of the night, I'm sure Jinks just wanted to finish his show and get the f**k out of there. If I had to pick any song to get tased and handcuffed to, it would be "Loud & Heavy." The scene that unfolded during the thunderous performance seemed almost planned, adding a rowdy scene to the tough song. However, given how Jink addressed the crowd at the end of the song, "it’s been a wild one for a Thursday night," this was definitely not planned. I bet this dude sat in the back of the cop car thinking about how he missed an electric "Loud & Heavy" performance... what a shame. Just an all-time great concert moment for sure.
