Lighthouse Autism to open new location

Lighthouse Autism Center is opening a new location in La Porte in spring 2025.

The center recently signed a long-term lease in the building at 2910 Monroe St. in La Porte. The center plans to start their buildout this fall.

Lighthouse Autism Center offers therapy, testing and school readiness programs for children with autism. The center also provides support groups for families.

Myles Rapchak of Latitude Commercial represented the building’s owner in the leasing process.

“The work that Lighthouse does is truly incredible,” Rapchak said in a press release . “I’m looking forward to them being able to serve La Porte and the surrounding communities.”

Lighthouse Autism Center is based in Mishawaka. The center was founded by Gregg and Sandy Maggioli, whose son, Victor, was diagnosed with autism in 2004. Lighthouse Autism Center has locations in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, Nebraska and North Carolina.

Latitude Commercial is a commercial real estate company. It provides purchasing, leasing, landlord and tenant representation and commercial property management services. Latitude Commercial serves properties in Indiana and Illinois.
