"Today is World Mental Health Day. World Mental Health Day allows communities worldwide to promote positive mental health and raise awareness of mental health problems. This helps to break down the stigma that sadly still surrounds mental health.

"This year’s theme is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and well-being in the workplace for the benefit of people, organisations and communities."
