reluctantly if you hadn't spent all that money blowing it all out all those parking meters you'd have plenty of money to finish that swimming pool it's been closed for far too long

As a project manager for many years now I can tell you that this project was over bid right from the start and that I would have never let a half a million dollar slip by me when looking at the bid
