Mississippi Dept of Mental Health Celebrates World Mental Health Day

October 10th is World Mental Health Day, and Mississippi Department of Mental Health is partnering with Mississippi State Department of Health and the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services to bring awareness to the importance of mental health in the workplace.

The theme for 2024's World Mental Health Day is "My Mental Health at Work," and Mississippi Department of Mental Health wants to emphasize how critical it is to create a healthy environment in the workplace, so that all employees feel supported.

The Mississippi Department of Mental Health Facebook page states, "Let's break the stigma and create supportive workplaces where mental health is prioritized. Start the conversation, see help, or support a co-worker today!"
