they split cost 50/50. her 50% is not being used by her and he is not paying anymore cost then his original 50% then pay ur 50%. I'd say the same if it was a man not needing daycare. mom is not working so her income is gone or drastically reduced. that could also play a role. but then again 25% is better then 50%.
