Some New Yorker woke up Thursday morning $16.3 million richer

New York City — “That buck that bought the bottle [of cheap beer], could have struck the lotto,” Queens native Nas once rapped.

LOTTO wishes and caviar dreams flood the minds of millions whenever they see another, well, instantly win millions.

For one lucky New Yorker, that dream has become a reality.

As for where the LOTTO-lightning struck last in New York City, the winning ticket was sold at Flying Phoenix Corp. at 790 11th Ave.

As for the magical string of numbers that matched the ticket, they were: 9, 17, 18, 29, 32 and 40. The bonus number was 48.

In short, though your chances of winning the LOTTO may be only one in a million, as the latest winner has shown — it's possible.
