Greenwich fair aims to encourage residents to get involved in the community

A community fair in Greenwich shined light on local organizations earlier this afternoon - with the aim of getting residents involved. Thursday's event, a partnership between Greenwich Library and Greenwich United Way, included more than 50 nonprofits and town departments, including police and health departments, as well as organizations like the Greenwich Historical Society. Joe Williams, the director of the Greenwich Library, says hopefully, the event will encourage residents to get involved with their community.
