hence ,why don't we all get a powerful police badge, no roads will ever be traffick coned off, we can impede closed roads and disregard the safety of all the workers ,

I have poured concrete roads and streets all over st louis the last 25 years, I have scene cars drive through baracades, and sink in 8 inches of concrete,they have ran are tools over and drive off leaving us to replace them ourselves, inhave had friends get hit by cars an sue for whole policy, street walkers talk shit to workers,we want protection , these fellas probably thought the off duty officer in civilian cloths was just another crazy, he obviously tried to use his powerful badge while off duty, tell the whole story ! not just pieces making the construction guys look guilty, the system is corrupt those barriers are for your safety just cause you have a badge doesn't make it OK to disregard safety,
