Deal or No Deal Island Season 2 Cast Revealed: Parvati Shallow and Dr. Will Kirby Join the Show

The NBC hit Deal or No Deal Island has revealed its cast for Season 2. As you may recall, the first season was filled with twists and tricks. A group of people competed together to earn money for the final case. The hitch? Every night one person would be selected to face The Banker in The Temple. If they made a deal that was worth less than their case, they could send someone else home. If not, they were eliminated. Finally, the last contestant plays against The Banker for the entire cash prize. Last season, Survivor legend Boston Rob Mariano played the game. So, this season fellow reality TV icons Dr. Will Kirby and Parvati Shallow will compete for over $200 million. I am all in!

Who is playing Deal or No Deal Island Season 2?

Entertainment Weekly reported that Parvati and Dr. Will will also be joined by David Genat, who is the former Australian Survivor champion. Of course, Parvati, who played Survivor four times and won once, couldn’t be bested by Boston Rob . “Well, Rob did it and I can’t let Rob outshine me, so I got to go up against my Survivor guy and see how I could do,” Parvati explained.

In 2001, Dr. Will won Big Brother and is known for creating the first alliance in the series. His reason for appearing on the show is sweet. “My daughter is 11 and she has never seen me do any type of competition reality TV. She said, ‘You know what would be really funny is if you go on the show and you do [something which I won’t spoil],'” he said. “And I said, ‘I’m going to f*cking do it.'”

As for the Golden God, David told Entertainment Weekly, “Rob was pretty influential on me wanting to play Survivor in the first place. And after seeing that first season of Deal or No Deal Island , I was like: That looks hard. Strategically really, really hard. And the gameplay dynamic – I was obsessed,” he added.

Of course, host Joe Manganiello is back to help guide the contestants through Season 2. And The Banker’s assistants, Kamari Love and Ben Crofchick will also be on the island.

For Season 2 of Deal or No Deal Island, these 11 contestants will also be competing.

• Storm Wilson – age 25 – Austin, Tex.
• Courtney Kim – age 36 – Charlotte, N.C.
• Charles “Rock” Carlson – age 65 – Henderson, Nev.
• La Shell Wooten – age 55 – Chapel Hill, N.C.
• Luke Olejniczak – age 29 – Eagle River, Wis.
• Sydnee Peck – age 27 – Redondo Beach, CA.

This will interesting now that players have an idea of how the game is played. However, I have a feeling that The Banker and Joe will find a way to keep the contestants on their toes.

Deal or No Deal Island is expected to return in early 2025 on NBC.
