Community Briefs: Veterans’ poker run is Saturday

The American Legion Riders from American Legion Post 13 will hold a poker run in memory of Clarence Haeflinger on Saturday, Oct. 12. All vehicles are welcome at this rain-or-shine event to benefit homeless veterans. Cost is $20 per bike/vehicle and $10 per passenger. A $200 prize will be given for best hand and a $50 prize for worst hand. […]
