Unfortunately mills are profitable for all involved. As an advocate for no kill in shelters across our country, I have seen triple numbers of pending executions in one shelter. The mills and the backyard breeders are filling the shelters, the roadsides .. the empty fields .. the victims have no voice.. the politicians are not interested in changing something that is lining pockets. Sharing this information and signing every attempt forwarded that stops the abuse. Just a thought… the people making the rules are elected by the public..Do not like something, change it by voting.. there has to be one or two elected representatives that understand the nightmare this has become.
