David Pollack In Disbelief Over College Football Team's New Uniform

David Pollack went live on X on Thursday and discussed plenty of topics. All eyes are set on the huge top-3 showdown between Ohio State and Oregon in a Big Ten Conference showdown.

Pollack went in-depth on a lot of storylines across college football.

In the process, he even mentioned one team's uniforms which left him in disbelief. That team is the West Virginia Mountaineers.

The Mountaineers have a number of different uniform combinations, but the specific ones Pollack is referring to are going to be worn in the Week 7 game against Iowa State. They are called the "Coal Rush" and feature black everything.

"Those are dope. Those are freaking fantastic," Pollack said of the new unis. "That is a great look."

These uniforms have some neat features, including the black helmet with the West Virginia state shape and the letters WV on it.

They are quite different from the regular uniforms the Mountaineers wear.

The West Virginia Mountaineers X account also posted a video on Wednesday night teasing the release of the uniforms.

Pollack is all the way on board with these "dope" uniforms, and they will make the debut on Saturday night.

As far as the football success goes, West Virginia has a 3-2 record so far in 2024, but they are coming off back-to-back wins over Kansas and Oklahoma State.

The two losses came against Penn State and Pitt, both of whom are ranked in the top 25 entering Week 7.

Kickoff for the West Virginia-Iowa State clash is set for Saturday night at 8:00 PM EST time in what should be another packed house in Morgantown.
