HIGH POINT — Families in the High Point area who have students in Guilford County Schools can visit a recently opened welcome center where they can get assistance without having to drive to the school district headquarters north of downtown Greensboro.

The Guilford County Schools Welcome Center at T. Wingate Andrews High School opened Sept. 23. Staff there can assist parents and students with enrollment and student assignment, transportation and nutrition services.
