i have an uncle, who was MURDERED by a drunk driver in the 1960s in northern Utah. he was a prominent Logan Dentist, a ww2 veteran, a hero. the Drunk was driving on a revoked licsence, had several previous DUI and killed 2 of the 6 people he hit. And yet he was not even convicted of manslaughter. utter injustice.
