James Conner, Running Back, Arizona Cardinals (DraftKings: $6.8K, Fanduel: $8K)

James Conner has had an impressive start to his season thus far. He is averaging, 15.3 fantasy points per game, which lands him just outside the top 10 for all running backs. The Packers have allowed over 114 rushing yards per game to opposing running backs. Conner can be relied on for his usual fantasy output against a mediocre Packers defense.

Jordan Love, Quarterback, Green Bay Packers (DraftKings: $6.6K, Fanduel: $8.5K)

Jordan Love has been inconsistent this season but has been dealing with injuries. Lucky for him, he plays a below-average Cardinals pass defense this week. Even though Love has thrown an interception in each game he has played this season, Arizona has still given up the ninth most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. He has also thrown eight touchdowns in only three games this season.

Kyler Murray, Quarterback, Arizona Cardinals (DraftKings: $6.8K, Fanduel: $7.8K)

Kyler Murray has shown some great moments but has been running for his life at times with his shaky offensive line. He has at least one touchdown in every game this year but the Packers lead the league in takeaways. Murray has rushing upside but the Packers have speedy linebackers to be sure he doesn't get loose.

Romeo Doubs, Wide Receiver, Green Bay Packers (DraftKings: $5.2K, Fanduel: $5.7K)

Romeo Doubs is back this week after a one-week suspension for conduct detrimental to the team. With the emergence of Dontayvion Wicks and Tucker Kraft, Doubs didn't help his case by getting suspended and possibly losing the trust of Jordan Love and other teammates. He hasn't been a focal point of the offense at any point this season so he can comfortably be sat this week.

Josh Jacobs, Running Back (DraftKings: $6.7K, Fanduel: $7.6K)

Josh Jacobs is exactly what the Packers expected when they signed him in free agency this offseason. He has given them a consistent and reliable run game through five games while averaging 2 catches per game. The Cardinals have allowed nearly 150 yards on the ground per game this season so Josh Jacobs will almost certainly be featured in a big way in Week 6.

Total Apex Fade of the Game

Greg Dortch (DraftKings: $4.3K, Fanduel: $4.9K)

Greg Dortch was projected to be WR2 for the Cardinals this season after a productive season in 2023. Michael Wilson has taken his role and Dortch is losing most of his targets to James Conner and Trey McBride. After a solid week one performance, his production has gone down to almost nothing.

Conclusion

Both defenses are quite suspect in this one with a lot of inconsistency, but this game doesn't lack offensive talent. It has the potential to be a high-scoring affair and could come down to one score.

The Packers are in one of the toughest divisions in the league and need to keep the teams ahead of them close. The Cardinals beat the 49ers last week but need to win to get back to .500, to hold their spot in the standings in a tight NFC West. Stacking James Conner, Jordan Love, and Josh Jacobs could bring home a nice return in DFS contests.
