    Yes, the risk of bacterial infections is on the rise without clean water. This risk compounds stress levels that exacerbates heart conditions and increased heart attacks. In addition, the emotional and psychological stress caused by the deprivation of clean water and the worry of increased criminal factors infiltrating the affected geographic area only adds to the amount of stress citizens in the impacted areas are able to withstand.
