George County Sheriff's Office Shares Arrest Reports for Sept 26 -Oct 9

George County Sheriff's Office has shared its arrest report for September 26, 2024 through October 9, 2024.

According to the report from George County Sheriff's Office, nine individuals were arrested during the aforementioned dates for a variety of charges.

Catherine Harville, age 38, of Wilmer, Alabama, was arrested on September 29th and charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. Harville has been released on a $25,000 bond.

Mark Broome, age 60, of Lucedale, was arrested on September 29th on an MDOC warrant for violation of earned release supervision violation. Broome is presently still in custody at George County Regional Correctional Facility.

James Rhymes, age 45, of Lucedale, was arrested on September 29th on a Failure to appear warrant with George County Circuit Court. Rhymes is still in police custody at George County Regional Correctional Facility.

Jerimiah Jones, age 44, of Lucedale, was arrested on September 30th on four George County Justice Warrants for Guilty in absentia. Jones has been released on a $1,000 bond.

John Drinkard, age 40, of Lucedale, was arrested on October 6th and charged with a DUI and first offense child endangerment. Drinkard has been released on a comemercial bond of $1,500.

Curtis L. Billard, age 47, of Lucedale, was arrested on October 7th on a felony fugitive warrant from Lake County, Florida. Billard awaits extradition in police custody at the George County Regional Correctional Facility.

Yolanda James, age 39, of Lucedale, was arrested on October 7th on one count of domestic violence and one count of burglary. James remainds in police custody at George County Regional Correctional Facility. Her bond has been set at $25,000 for the burglary charge and $1,500 for the domestic violence charge.

Frankie Williams, age 52, of Lucedale, was arrested on October 8th and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and domestic violence- simple assault. Williams is presently in police custody at George County Regional Correctional Facility.

Joshua McDuffee, age 29, of Moss Point, was arrested on three George County Justice Court Bench Warrants and one George County Justice Court Warrant for Guilty in Absentia. McDuffee remainds in custody at George County Regional Correctional Facility.

George County Sheriff's Office states at the end of its report that all subjects are innocent until proven guilty.
