misinformation? no disputing neighbors helping neighbors. no disputing Fema provides assistance to businesses and homeowners. however, most of the common citizens are renting. so the question is how does fema assist the common citizens. the citizens who live through the natural disasters see the proof. is it misinformation to say Paridise CA is still being rebuilt 6 years after the fact. is it misinformation to say 4 years after the fact that the neighborhoods still haven't bounced back after the Alameda fire in Medford Oregon. 2 areas where fema closed the books. or that condemned houses in Arkansas are being sold for an absurd amount.
