The Red River Rivalry between the Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Longhorns is set for another chapter in Dallas, Texas in Week 7.

Quarterback Quinn Ewers is returning for Texas after missing time with an injury, and Oklahoma is trying to get a win over one of the best teams in the country.

This game has been one of the big discussions all week long, and it will be a packed house at the Cotton Bowl on Saturday.

Ahead of the game, Texas released a hype video on X on Friday with a familiar face narrating: Texas Longhorns legend Colt McCoy.

The video had everything you want.

“A lot has changed over the years, but one thing stays the same — this game, it’s where legends are made," McCoy stated. "The plays, the moments, the memories, they’re more than history. They’re immortal.”

McCoy himself commented under the video, saying, "Here we goooooo!"

Fans were excited about McCoy's appearance and the video, pumping them up even more for the rivalry game.

"Fire me up 12," one fan wrote . "I've run through 3 walls at the office," another said . "ONE MORE SLEEP," said another .

Multiple fans wrote, "Inject this in my veins," with the horns up emoji.

"Ain’t no love in Oklahoma, but there’s a lotta fight in TEXAS! Nice work @ColtMcCoy," another said on X . Other fans were in love with that message from McCoy.

"Ain’t no love in Oklahoma, but there’s plenty of fight in Texas” THAT GOES SO HARD," a fan said.

"It's what we do. Colt .45 with the absolute heat with this one," a fan mentioned .

It's safe to say Texas fans are fired up for the game, and for good reason. If the Longhorns get the win, they will be 6-0 heading into a huge contest against Georgia in Austin.
