I can't wait for tomorrow. I am switching out from Verizon. Customer service and going in person on mchenry modesto Verizon. They are not helpful. only the bill goes up and up but no good service. I was told by 611 that I have to pay extra to get my service fixed . Verizon is just making money. Also, they will add stuff to your account. but unfortunately, when you call 611, customer service will say you did it. Remember, we don't like to pay extra or the serive. just fix you 5G. Also, they started sharing the tower with xfinity. Since then, all these problems have started. we'll lose one customer tomorrow, 10/12/2024. Thank you Verizon
