The Indianapolis Colts ruled star running back Jonathan Taylor out for their Week 6 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.

But they were able to get multiple key players back on the practice field this week.

Colts list five players as questionable for Week 6

The Colts ruled five players as questionable for this week's game.

    • Josh Downs, WR
    • Michael Pittman Jr., WR
    • Braden Smith, T
    • Kenny Moore II, CB
    • Anthony Richardson, QB

The Colts were without Richardson and Moore in Week 5, but there's significantly more optimism around both players. The team's top two WRs, Downs and Pittman Jr., popped up on the injury report, shockingly to start the week. Both missed Wednesday and Thursday. To the surprise of most, both were full participants on Friday, especially Pittman Jr., who was reportedly considered an option for the IR . The players I feel the most pessimistic about playing this week are Pittman Jr. and Smith. It feels like both would benefit significantly from a week off. But if the Colts lose in Week 6, they would fall to 0-3 in the division and 2-4 in the year.

Ryan Kelly and Kwity Paye are set to return to action

While we have to wait and see for the players listed above, the Colts gave no injury designation to starters Ryan Kelly and Kwity Paye, who both missed the past two weeks with injuries. Both are now set to return to the field and start for the Colts in Week 6. The Colts pass rush is coming off their worst game of the season, with them only creating one pressure against the Jaguars. And the Colts lost starting RG Will Fries to a season-ending injury, so getting Kelly back is a big deal for the team's offensive line that has played really well to start the year.
