The yogi of the Real Housewives of Orange County , Jennifer Pedranti , is back in court to deal with her ongoing divorce. The blonde bombshell is making sure she gets everything she is entitled to from her ex-husband. The pair were happily married until Jenn stepped out of her marriage with her emotional affair. Even though she admitted she broke the family up, Jenn has had difficulty coming to grips with her separation and often laments about her life status. Jenn and Will are not on good terms and rarely communicate unless it has to do with their children. As Jenn tries to pick up the pieces of her family, she hopes the courts will see that she is entitled to just a bit more.

Jennifer Pedranti already scored a divorce settlement

Jennifer was recently awarded a modest monthly support and a hefty lump sum per her settlement with her ex-husband, Will. The court documents showed that the duo would share joint legal custody of their four minor children, Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. It was agreed that the children would continue to live with Jenn in California. In a show of good faith, both agreed not to make disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other in the presence of any of their children. The paperwork also showed that Will had agreed to handle health insurance for their children.

The order noted that Will will pay Jen $4,674 monthly in child support. The presiding judge added, “Employment-related childcare costs shall be split equally between the parties.” The Real Housewives of Orange County star also agreed that less child support could be paid if she received additional income from Bravo. The legal documents also showed that Jenn is set to receive $1,735 monthly in spousal support. But the support would terminate if she ever chose to remarry. As fans are aware, she is currently engaged to Ryan Boyajian .

Why was Jennifer Pedranti back in court?

It turns out that Jenn and Will had some unfinished business. Even though the Real Housewives of Orange County noted that Will could hardly look at her during a recent episode, Jenn dragged the man back to court. In Touch reported that Jenn demanded that her ex-husband attend court for an examination of his finances. The 47-year-old claimed she needed the information to aid in the “enforcement of a money judgment” against William. On Wednesday, the judge, Julie Palafox, signed off on Jennifer’s request. The former couple are expected to return to court for an examination on October 21 at 8:30 a.m.

Will was ordered by the court to appear “personally before the court and bring paperwork to help Jennifer collect on the money owed.” The notice also warned Will, “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.” Jenn has yet to share what she feels Will owes her.

Jennifer has had a stellar season on the Real Housewives of Orange County. Fans have felt that she is a breath of fresh air, especially after her freshman season.
