Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon, is the place to be Saturday night as the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes face off against the No. 3 Oregon Ducks in a must-watch Big Ten matchup with significant conference and College Football Playoff implications.

The Ducks are famous for their attention to uniforms, often regarded as the best in college football. This week, they will don all-black uniforms in hopes of creating a "blackout" effect throughout the stadium. In contrast, the Buckeyes took a different approach when unveiling their potential road uniforms for the game.

On Friday, Ohio State teased a subtle unveiling of a helmet covered in ice, suggesting that fans might see the Buckeyes' famous "Icy" whites—an enduring favorite in Columbus.

Each team remains unbeaten and has some unique storylines behind it. This matchup marks the first time Oregon will face Ohio State as an official member of the Big Ten, and it carries historical significance.

It will be the first top-3 showdown televised on NBC since 1993, and the first top-5 matchup to take place at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, promising an electric atmosphere.

Additionally, the game is the headlining location for ESPN's "College GameDay ," which will host its Week 7 pregame show on the Oregon campus, starting at 6 a.m. on the West Coast and 9 a.m. on the East Coast.

As anticipation builds for what could be the game of the weekend—and perhaps the college football season—the stakes are high for both teams.
