    How to watch Il Lombardia 2024 cycling: Channel, live stream, time, TV schedule for road race

    One of the oldest road cycling races will roll out on Sunday as the Giro di Lombardia (Tour of Lombardy) enters its 118th edition.

    The fifth and final Monument classic of the season is a one-day race for men's road cycling in the 2024 UCI World Tour season. It will cover a distance of 252 km (156 miles) from Bergamo to Como.

    World champion Tadej Pogacar of Slovenia is a three-time defending champion and will be a firm favourite in the field of 175.

    Pogacar will hope to become the first man since Fausto Coppi (1946-49) to win it in four consecutive years.

    Where is the Il Lombardia in 2024?

    The race takes place in the Lombardy region of Italy.

    The course is a 252 kilometre (156 mile) stretch from Bergamo to Como, which has served as the finishing point for 13 of the last 20 editions of the race.
