PEMEX= Shell Deer Park which is notorious for incidents. He's speaking about "exclusion zones." Sounds just like BP when they tried to hide the fact that they were leaking Benzene. I got poisoned from it. They never had to pay a dime for my illnesses directly caused by it. I'm glad I no longer work at a chemical plant.
