Couple’s Post-Rain Picnic In Sunflower Field Turns Into “Best Sunset Ever”

There are some days that feel impossible to forget. For Samantha Biemer, one of those days happened, in large part, because of her loving boyfriend. With a whole field of sunflowers at their disposal, Samantha came up with the brilliant idea of having a picnic there. While this sounds perfect in theory, there was one problem: It had just rained, making the ground not great for a picnic.

It would have made sense for the couple to come up with a new plan for their date. That said, Samantha’s boyfriend, Brennan Watson, could tell how much she wanted to have a picnic while surrounded by sunflowers. So, to make that possible, he went out of his way to find extra flooring, in addition to their blanket, to ensure they and their food stayed dry. Brennan even carried her so her feet wouldn’t get dirty! The result? Absolutely incredible!

There is so much to love about this date! For starters, this field is straight out of a movie. It really does seem like it was made for a romantic picnic. But that was just the start of this magical date. Soon enough, the sun began to set. As luck would have it, the couple was treated to what Samantha calls the “best sunset ever.”

And to think, they could have so easily missed out on this date had it not been for her thoughtful boyfriend . It goes to show that some of the best moments are the ones we have to go out of our way to make happen!
