Indeed, they tried to fool the viewers by 1) doing the intro with the stadium in the background as if they were on-site in Boise and 2) never had its announcers disclose they were actually in L.A. That's a breathtaking lack of transparency.How far would they need to travel today? If flying, Fresno is a little over an hour from L.A. And if driving, it's a little over three hours. Surely, one would think FS1 will be there on-site, yes? TURNING TO THE BIG PICTURE, if FS1 won't commit to changing its policy well in advance of the 2026 season, it should be disqualifying in the eyes of the Pac-12 as the conference puts its media rights out to bid. There is no dollar figure the new Pac-12 should accept from a TV network that refuses to invest in the quality of its broadcast.There are too many negatives to list that come with a remote broadcast.
