McDonald’s buzzy, space-inspired spin-off CosMc’s debuted six brand new drinks earlier this week to whet fans’ appetites. The announcement comes as the chain opened a new location in San Antonio, TX, the state’s sixth CosMc’s restaurant .

CosMc’s , despite numbering only a handful of locations throughout Texas and Illinois, set out to challenge Starbucks and Dunkin for the coffee and snacks crowd . ( It’s done pretty well for itself, too.) The chain promises that its six new drinks “are not just coffee and matcha–they're an experience.”

First up is the beverage with the most out-of-this-world name, the Sea Salted Caramelactic Shaken Espresso. It’s made with espresso and sea-salted caramel flavors fused with “a galactic cloud of oat milk foam.” Similarly galactic is the French Toast Galaxy Iced Latte—made with espresso “paired with sweet maple and warm cinnamon flavors”—and the Coconaut Cold Brew (get it?), which promises “a dark and robust abyss filled with our cold brew mixed with sweet and creamy coconut vanilla flavors and finished with creamy cold foam.”

Those favoring a subtler combination of flavors can try out the new Pistachio Swirl Shaken Espresso, which is espresso mixed with “smooth, buttery pistachio flavors below a cloud of oat milk foam.” Also available is the Oat & Honey Latte, which mixes espresso with “creamy oat milk and sweet honey flavors.”

For those who aren’t into coffee, CosMc’s is also debuting the Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte. It’s made with “smooth and creamy matcha shaken with sweet vanilla flavors, served over ice and finished with creamy cold foam.”

You can try all of these new beverages now at any CosMc’s location.
