A woman sought advice online after her nephew and his girlfriend picked out a controversial baby name .

The social media user shared her story in an online forum as she tried to get to grips with the young couple choosing a particularly unusual name for their unborn child. Sharing her story she also explained that the pair had baffled her with their choice of name.

"He outed his sister and got her kicked out, he’s a self-righteous 'frat boy' type. His parents believe he can do no wrong, so they’re having a hard time spinning their special little guy knocking up his 15-year-old girlfriend. My sister in law called me to tell me she’s going to be a grandma, that baby Chaxon Chaize is due in February."

The woman continued on Reddit as she admitted feeling guilty for laughing at the young couple: "Jackson Chase? Hm, not my taste, but not bad. No, Chaxon Chaize. Just why? I may be going to hell for laughing at a couple of teenagers, but that’s just bad."

One fellow social media user shared their interpretation of the name as the comments began to flood in on her post. They wrote: "As a German Chaize reads to me like Scheisse which means s***."

A second commented: "Chaxon is bad, but Chaize like chaise as in chair in French??" The original poster then replied, "You would think, but no. Chase as in car chase. I would’ve gone with Jackson Chase, but their names alliterate, so they wanted that for their baby. In which case, I’d have gone with Jackson Jace."

A third forum user offered: "Just call him Chuck E Cheese at this point smh." A fourth gave their input as they suggested she just let them be to deal with the consequences in later life writing: "That's a terrible name. But such schadenfreude regarding your nephew. Let him explain to his child in a few years why in the hell his name is the equivalent of naming beer pong."

A fifth then reminded the group that there is a medication that helps people quit a nasty habit that also sounds wildly similar to their chosen name. They quipped: "Chaxon reminds me of that smoking cessation medication, Chantix."

Where or how did they decide on their baby's name? I've heard of some unusual names over the years, and some are actually not too bad. Then there are other names I wouldn't even pin on my dog. All I can say is, good luck to the baby, and if anything, he always has the option of legally changing his name when he is old enough to do so.
