    Ingredients:

    • 3 oz softened cream cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    • 1 (8 oz) tube of crescent roll dough
    • 2/3 cup fresh raspberries

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
    3. Open the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Lay one triangle on a clean surface, with the wide end closest to you and the pointed tip facing away.
    4. Spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over the wide base of the dough. Arrange a few raspberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
    5. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end and working your way toward the tip.
    6. Place each rolled crescent on a baking sheet, and repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
    7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and puffed.

    Substitutions:

    • Swap raspberries for blueberries, blackberries, or diced strawberries.
    • Replace crescent dough with puff pastry for an extra flaky texture.
    • Use mascarpone or ricotta in place of cream cheese for a milder flavor.

    Storage:

Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. To keep them fresh longer, refrigerate them for up to 5 days, reheating briefly in the oven or microwave before serving. You can also freeze them for up to a month—just thaw and reheat when ready to enjoy!

These raspberry cream cheese crescent rolls are sure to become a favorite in your household, delivering a warm, buttery bite every time!
