Easy Ranch Burgers: My Favorite Comfort Meal

Ranch burgers are so good. They are incredibly easy to make and I've been making them for years.

You can literally prep them in 5-10 minutes and within 30 minutes, you've got them ready. I'd pair these with fries and a fresh, green salad.

Dress up your burger any way you wish. I like to use ketchup, mustard, mayo, red onion, lettuce, tomato and a slice of American cheese or swiss cheese melted on top.

These are filled with flavor and they are a staple in my household.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
    • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning mix
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, and your favorite condiments

    Directions

    • Prepare the Burger Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix, and optional salt and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the burgers tender.
    • Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
    • Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If grilling, oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
    • Cook the Burgers: Grill or pan-fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness (internal temperature of 160°F for medium).
    • Toast the Buns: If desired, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a separate skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden.
    • Assemble the Burgers: Place each burger patty on a toasted bun and top with your choice of lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, and condiments.

    What do you think?

Have you had ranch burgers before? These are going to be a family favorite in your house, I bet!
