Week 7 of the 2024 college football season brought fans many intriguing games in the SEC. The Texas Longhorns defeated the Oklahoma Sooners in the Red River Rivalry. The Alabama Crimson Tide just squeaked by the South Carolina Gamecocks. And the Tennessee Volunteers beat the Florida Gators in overtime.

But there was another SEC battle that piqued the interest of NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, and that was the evening matchup between the No. 9 Ole Miss Rebels and the No. 13 LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

O'Neal could have picked any game he wanted, including the Big Ten matchup between No. 3 Oregon and No. 2 Ohio State. However, the 7-footer chose to attend his alma mater's contest, and rightfully so.

Shaq spent the game on the LSU sideline and got into some of his normal shenanigans throughout.

At one point, ESPN sideline reporter Molly McGrath was discussing the SEC battle before O'Neal entered the picture out of nowhere, taking a bite of his food and staring down the camera: a classic photobomb from the big man. Due to his towering height, Shaq had to lean down to fit fully into the shot.

Fans loved Shaq's latest appearance on national television and took to social media to share their thoughts.

"All time photobomb by Shaq," one fan said.

    "Shaq out of nowhere"

    "SHAQ ATTACK."

"Shaq ALWAYS knows where the camera is."

"One of the best photobomb moments"

    "Shaq a fool"

O'Neal played in 20 seasons from 1992-2011 during his NBA career, most notably with the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat. He won four NBA titles, including the league's most recent three-peat. Now, the Big Diesel spends time as an analyst for "NBA on TNT" along with many other business ventures away from sports.
