For-profit businesses absolutely should not be able to use imminent domain to take over property. Imminent domain is only for the public good such as power lines, sewer, water, etc. not for profit for a corporation. VOTE YES and give property rights back to property owners. Pipelines should NOT be able to access land, put in a pipeline that will inevitably leak and cause damage and pollution and then taxpayers and landowners end up paying for the damage, some of which can NEVER be cleaned up.

Where are all the jobs coming from that the yes vote is spouting? How much monies is actually going to be paid I heard it will be good for our schools. How is this possible? Don’t get all pissy about these important questions . I want to know more FACTS not political opinions about this before I vote.
