According to a report by USA Today, a grocery chain based in IA was named the best grocery store in America. According to the report, Hy-Vee was named the best grocery store in America for 2024.

According to the report, the popular chain is 95 years old and is known for its "quality, variety, convenience, healthy lifestyles, and culinary expertise". However, the awards for Hy-Vee didn't stop there. The chain was named the best grocery chain for produce and the #2 best grocery store for prepared food nationwide.

To celebrate, Hy-Vee recently grilled some hot dogs and hamburgers for its customers while supplies lasted. There are more than 570 Hy-Vee stores nationwide and is one of the largest employee-owned grocery chains in the country.
