Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni knows he needs to shake things up.

The Eagles are 2-2 and coming out of their bye and looking to get the bast taste out of their mouths after an embarrassing 33-16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers two weeks ago — their second double-digit blowout loss to the Bucs since January.

But Sirianni didn’t announce any spur-of-the-moment lineup changes or make any alterations to his coaching staff, instead, the polarizing fourth-year head coach chose to take matters into his own hands and shave his head prior to Sunday’s home matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

Sirianni’s drastic change in appearance drew some pretty visceral reactions on social media with plenty of fans roasting him for the head-turning decision.

“We broke him,” one fan wrote .

“Guys would rather shave their head than watch film,” another commented .

“Tell me the pressure is getting to you without telling me,” a third remarked .

“He somehow made his face even more punchable,” one user quipped.

“When they fire him it’ll be like the Eagles shaved their head,” another exclaimed .

“Doing his best Robert Saleh impression on his way out,” joked another user .

Sirianni is one of a handful of head coaches on the hot seat.

A loss against Cleveland on Sunday could lead to his firing, or at the very least him being put on notice. Much like the New York Jets, who fired head coach Robert Saleh last week, the Eagles also have a roster built to win now and compete for a playoff spot this season.

Should Philly fall to 2-3, wwner Jeffrey Lurie may decide to cut bait with Sirianni now and try to salvage the rest of the season. Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio has head-coaching experience and would be a logical choice to take over as interim coach.
