The Dallas Cowboys are set to take on the Detroit Lions in Week 7 at AT&T Stadium.

The Cowboys enter the game with a 3-2 record, although they are coming off two straight wins. The Cowboys snuck out a win over the New York Giants, 20-15, and then barely topped the Pittsburgh Steelers, 20-17.

The Lions enter with a 3-1 record and are fresh off a bye.

Even with the Cowboys playing host, the Lions have momentum and have been one of the top teams in the NFL this season.

Prior to the game, former NFL head coach Rex Ryan fired a harsh warning to the Cowboys.

"Get ready to get your a** kicked today," Ryan said.

"It's going to be a little David Montgomery, it's going to be Jahmyr Gibbs. It's on my friends, and Detroit's going to give a little revenge on you and bloody your dang nose all day today, Dallas."

These two teams faced off toward the end of the 2023 season, and the Cowboys won by one point after the Lions' two-point conversion attempt was unsuccessful.

However, Ryan is on the Lions' side in this one. They rank 7th in passing yards and rushing yards per game, 3rd in total yards per game, and 8th in points scored

The Gibbs-Montgomery running back duo has also played well as both backs have more than 250 yards and have combined for seven touchdowns this season.

If the Cowboys lose, they fall to 3-3 going into the Week 7 bye.

Ok Let’s fire McCarthy and put our genious defensive coordinator at head coach? We gotta ride it out this year.
